_{Last updated: 6/10/23}By commissioning/having transaction with BUNK1NS you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions or otherwise be blacklisted from interacting with BUNK1NS commissions and work for a period of time or permanently, receiving a revoke + refund of your character / design per situation.Contact and communication with BUNK1NS can be made via Twitter/Discord/Tumblr DMs, or contacting her manager @c1trusmoon via Twitter/Discord/Toyhouse DMs. (c1trusmoon#6492)Notes: BUNK1NS works with a trackpad + pixel program that hinder the ability to work quickly, additionally having an IRL job and school, affecting the ability to get to commissions completed in a more timely manner. BUNK1NS's ADHD and processing disorder may affect the flow of commissions or communication, but will never ghost a client and always aim to produce a quality product. If BUNK1NS is ever unavailable, please instead head to the Manager for assistance or updates!

Section I. Art.• Free art does not add to your character's total worth. Doing so will give you profit off the artist's free work.
• Do not price commissioned art/designs more than you paid when marking character worth.
• Do not claim BUNK1NS works as your own creation. This includes: passing it as your own, tracing, theft, referencing w/o credit, or taking a work when it is not explicitly for your use.
• Do not make NSFW or create NSFW themes out of BUNK1NS designs if you are a minor.
• BUNK1NS work is not to be associated with/involved in: Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), Crypto-currency, similar means, or used / stolen / sold / claimed without rights to the work itself.
• The wait time for a commission can be up to several months (and in more extreme/rare cases, up to a year) for the finished piece. This is due to the reasons listed via Notes above! Updates can be requested from BUNK1NS or their Manager at any point!Section II. Designs.• You cannot buy and immediately resell a BUNK1NS design without asking BUNK1NS. The cooldown is 7 days (1 week) unless you have been given explicit permission to resell before the cooldown by BUNK1NS/Manager.
• Designs are only worth their price of purchase + additional commissioned art. Free art does not count as stated in I. Art.
• Design trades, gift, raffle, and event designs have no worth unless specified by BUNK1NS.
• Once you own a BUNK1NS design you may redesign it from the original, the only exception being in an attempt to copy/steal/scam using the new design. We also do not allow detransitioning, whitewashing, sexualizing minor-coded designs, or creating NSFW of any kind of feral/non-anthro designs.
• Blacklisted users cannot obtain or interact with any of BUNK1NS designs or work. (See III. Commissions - blacklist)
• The above can be overridden by BUNK1NS if chosen to allow ownership of designs or work, though this is unlikely and must be explicit permission from BUNK1NS/Manager.
• You may not hide BUNK1NS designs from the Manager ToyHouse (@c1trusmoon) or must have it authorized to track the designs accordingly.
• All designs are expected to have one ToyHouse page credited to BUNK1NS Twitter unless given permission for otherwise.
• Any sketch, mini or chibi commissions that pass several months without WIP or completion will be updated to a basic full instead (without any extra fee). If your commission falls under this, please contact BUNK1NS/Manager for it to take place.Section III. Commissions.• There is no decided commission cooldown (i.e. ordering in bulk) unless specified by BUNK1NS that you must wait for your previous commissions' completion before ordering again.
• BUNK1NS work is strictly 14+ at the minimum and commissions will not be taken for anyone under the age of 14.
• The wait time can be up to several months as stated in I. Art, however if it exceeds this time without an update/WIP, your commission will become a priority within the cue and finished by the end of the month unless negotiated otherwise.
• BUNK1NS does not take refunds when a transaction takes place (unless the situation deems it necessary/appropriate), but rather guarantees you receive the finished piece for the amount you have paid and updates to be given through BUNK1NS/Manager consistently.
• BUNK1NS has the right to revoke your design if T.O.S is broken or you are blacklisted, this procedure will always involve the appropriate refund or compensation for the design or money involved.
• No major edits will be made after the lineart stage/WIP due to the program's limitations. Please instead be specific within your order and during the WIP stages sent prior so you are happy with your commission!
• Any commission passing several months to a year or longer will be compensated by your next 5 commissions being entirely free, and your commissions sent to the front of the cue with quick and quality completion.• Send a "🐇" emoji to BUNK1NS when ordering to show you have read and agree to the T.O.S., and by doing so you will be granted a 20% discount on your commissions price.• • ••By passing this page or commissioning BUNK1NS you agree to the above and its consequences•
